Schedule a stop in Andrew on your Highway 15 & 45 and take a selfie with the world's largest mallard. In Fort Saskatchewan, immerse yourself in days of old at the historic village in the Fort Heritage Precinct. Bruderheim is of the Bruderheim Meteorite - the largest recovered meteorite fall in Canadian history. The world's largest replica sausage, built and installed by the Stawnichy family of Stawnichy's Meat Processing is located in Mundare.


The Two Hills Lions Golf and Country Club is a perennial favourite among golfers in the region so why not stop in for a round along the way? Another course is just down the highway - Myrnam-Derwent Golf and Country Club.


Enjoy the long summer days and the great outdoors camping at Elk Island National Park at the Astotin Lake Campground. Head over to the Bear Ridge Campground where lots of awesome outdoor adventures await you, like boating, canoeing, fishing, trails, wildlife viewing and golfing nearby. Another excellent camping option is the Jubilee Regional Park (Lea Park) where you can enjoy a playground, hiking, swimming, boating and more along the North Saskatchewan River. The Fort Heritage Precinct in Fort Saskatchewan has gorgeous trails for you to enjoy. If you're in Bruderheim, stretch your legs and enjoy the Bruderheim Heritage Trail - a linked system of paved walkways which allow for exploration on foot of all the scenic sites throughout the community. Take your ATV and kick up some dust along some of Alberta's best trails - North Bruderheim Provincial Recreation Area. A total of 14 kilometers of thrilling trails await you!
