Throughout his career Peter Shostak has painted to remember the stories and experiences of the early Ukrainian settlers to Alberta.  Containing a unique collection of his artwork, including two pieces being exhibited for the first time, you will be introduced to the art of Peter Shostak as you explore the stories and memories captured by the paintings.

The Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village is located 25 minutes or 50 km (30 miles) east of Edmonton along Highway 16, just 3 km (1.8 miles) east of Elk Island National Park. For visitors traveling westbound along Highway 16, the UCHV is located approximately 30 minutes or 55 km (33 miles) west of Vegreville.

Access is along a four-lane divided highway and the travel route is well signed from both east-west directions.
