ATTRACTIONS & EVENTS

Come on out to enjoy the revitalized Main Street, which often hosts parties throughout the year including the July 1 Street Festival with international performers, the Agri Daze weekend, and the wintery Christmas Extravaganza and frosty parade. History buffs will enjoy the Basilian Fathers Museum, a world class facility with an intriguing collection of artifacts and history that attracts over 5000 visitors a year. For those looking for physical activities, there is a hockey arena, a curling rink, and a bowling alley in town. Take your picture in front of the world's largest (12.8 meters high and 6 tons) replica sausage built by the Stawnichy family in recognition of 50 years in Mundare.

OUTDOORS

There are plenty of outdoor activities to keep the whole family busy including a skateboard and spray park, and the 18-hole Whitetail Crossing Golf Course. Lots are for sale around the golf course and around town; check out the listings with local realtors. Ukraina Park is also a great place to enjoy the outdoors. The park has three baseball diamonds, a playground, and sites for camping.
