ATTRACTIONSFor a history lesson, visit Lloydminster Cultural & Science Centre which houses a museum, art gallery, wildlife display, science centre and more. Take the kids to the Zoo just east of Lloydminster - from reptiles to pot belly pigs - they will love it! Check out the Servus Sports Centre for fitness, summer and winter sports plus special events, or take a dip in the pool at the Lloydminster Leisure Centre.
In June, major events include the Arts Without Borders Festival and Streetfest plus the “Just Kruzin” Show N’ Shine. Enjoy a variety of concerts year round at the Vic Juba Community Theatre and downtown at The Root. In the summer don’t miss the top events at Lloydminster Exhibition. Come one, come all to Colonial Days Fair in mid-July. Enjoy four fun-filled days complete with a parade, midway, major grandstand shows, chuckwagon races, demolition derby, an awesome fireworks finale and much more! In August the action returns with the CPCA Chuckwagon Finals. In October, see Canada’s top cowboys during the Bull Riders Canada Finals. Local food producers are showcased during Harvest Feastival in early November. Come mid-November enjoy the ever popular Lloydminster Christmas Craft Fair (pictured above). OUTDOORSGet outdoors to enjoy the 300 acre Bud Miller All Seasons Park. See North America's largest working Sun Dial or play a round of mini golf or frisbee golf. If regular golf is your passion, there are two challenging courses in the city to test your skills. Book your Stay & Play package at Rolling Green Fairways and RV Park on the west edge of the city. You can also stay at Weaver Park Campground or at one of the many new hotels throughout the city.
